We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care Team with:

  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the fault
We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
We’re really quick at packing up your order, which means that we cannot make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.
As an online business our prices change in response to fashion trends, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer Student Discount. We know how great student discount is, having been students ourselves, so this is something we are working on. Check this space soon.
You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order, We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
We also take fraud very seriously too, so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we’ll email you to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn’t authorise the payment. Please remember that even if a payment isn’t authorised, it may look like HASH Boutique has still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money for a short period of time.
To pay with PayPal, you’ll need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes a few minutes to open an account and it’s free. As soon as your PayPal account is set up, you can select to pay via PayPal during the checkout stage Why pay with PayPal?

Delivery is within 4 working days* from the moment you submit your order. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) If your order is above £50.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less that this, the delivery charge is £3.00. Delivery is fully tracked and can be followed via the couriers website. We will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped form our store.
If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our team once your order is on its way; simple click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. Alternatively they will leave a card confirming they have either left it with a neighbour, in a safe place or details on how to pick up or rearrange a delivery.
If the status of your order is showing as ‘order processing, it means that we’re busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and includes the time it takes for us to package your order. You’ll receive another email when we sent your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services. You can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in their original condition. We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed from 01 November 2016 – 24th December 2016 can be returned up until 31 January 2017 and are subject to our Returns Policy
